Refund & Cancellation Policy

Showroom Shine Auto Detailing values your time and ours. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time at no charge.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Weather Policy

As a mobile detailing service, weather conditions may affect our ability to complete services safely and effectively.

Weather-related cancellations or reschedules will be accommodated at no cost to the customer.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe conditions such as heavy rain, extreme heat, high winds, or freezing temperatures.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.

If you are dissatisfied with the results, you must notify us before payment is made or before we leave the job site so we can address any concerns.

Refunds will not be issued for conditions that were disclosed as unlikely to be fully removable (such as deep stains, permanent damage, excessive wear, or paint defects).

Service Refusal

 

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • The vehicle condition was misrepresented

  • The work environment is unsafe

  • Access to the vehicle is not provided

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior occurs

  • In such cases, refunds will be handled at our discretion.
