By booking a service with Showroom Shine Auto Detailing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

Showroom Shine Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services based on the selected package and vehicle condition. All services are performed to the best of our ability using professional-grade products and equipment.

Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, level of dirt, pet hair, stains, or additional services requested.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior appointments. Customers will be notified if delays occur.

We ask that the vehicle be accessible, unlocked, and free of personal items prior to the appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Weather-related rescheduling will be handled at no cost to the customer.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept approved payment methods as listed on our website or communicated at booking.

Failure to submit payment may result in refusal of future services.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate vehicle information

Ensuring access to the vehicle at the scheduled time

Informing us of any pre-existing damage, sensitive surfaces, or aftermarket modifications

Showroom Shine Auto Detailing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions.

Service Limitations

While we strive for excellent results, some stains, scratches, odors, or defects may be permanent and cannot be fully removed. We do not guarantee complete removal of all imperfections.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle’s condition poses a safety risk or exceeds reasonable service expectations.

Damage & Liability

Showroom Shine Auto Detailing is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Mechanical or electrical issues

Delicate, worn, or previously repaired surfaces

Damage resulting from aftermarket parts or poor prior repairs

Customers agree that Showroom Shine Auto Detailing is not responsible for unforeseen issues that arise during normal detailing procedures.

Photos & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for documentation or marketing purposes. License plates, personal items, and identifying details will not be intentionally displayed.

By booking a service, you grant permission for such photos unless you request otherwise in writing.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, or misrepresentation of vehicle condition.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
